Brucewood Homes are the first internationally certified Passive Homes in Boston. With this project, we concentrated on showcasing what excellent engineering and design paired with meticulous construction can achieve. Our goal was to develop homes that are ultra high preforming, meaning achieving the highest level of indoor comfort with the least amount of energy use.
